in Motion: A
new, fun, upbeat classes that combines elements of fitness and dance
to keep you moving!
Jazzercise:
Is a fitness program that combines elements of Jazz dance into aerobic
exercise.
Kickboxing:
Is a fitness program that is a great way to get in shape. Participants
will achieve increased agility and core strength.
Spin
Cycle: A
new class offered this semester. Jump on a bike and channel your
inner Lance Armstrong in this instructor led class.
Step:
A workout waiting to happen. Music
and step movements are the driving forces behind this dynamic class.
Zumba:
Hula Hoop:
Come see what this exciting new fitness
craze is all about! Hooping is a low-impact cardio workout that
allows you to burn up to 600 calories an hour, while still strengthening
and toning your core! Hoops are provided, so come on out and give
it a whirl! Happy Hooping!
