The main Basketball arena on Samford's campus, which has seating for
2000 and can be set up for either a 6-basket shoot around or a single
official NCAA full court.

Two basketball courts and the indoor track are housed in this gym.
Activities such as intramural sports, aerobic classes, and Swing Kids
are all held in this area.

|
The indoor track is suspended and encircles the upper section of
Bashinsky Fieldhouse. The length of the track is approximately 1/12 of a mile.

The intramural fields are home to the outdoor intramural sports such as flag football, soccer, softball, and ultimate frisbee. There is also a sand volleyball court, outdoor basketball court and covered pavillion available for students to use.

This mirrored dance studio is available for student groups and open recreation.

The indoor pool has five 25-meter swimming lanes and a diving well area.
The pool is available for open swim and is also home to ESSM classes such as SCUBA.

"The Cage", given its name for the style of enclosure, is a combination
fitness area and weight room. The area contains several pieces of
cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weight stations.

If you are interested in racquetball, then you are in luck.
Samford University has four courts located in Bashinsky Fieldhouse.

This is home to the Samford Bulldogs football team.
The quarter mile track surrounding the football field is available
to students during non-practice hours.

Located on the top floor of the Pete Hanna Center on the west
side of the building. There are 8 treadmills, 8 ellipticals, and
4 Lifecycles bikes, all with their own personal televisions.
Also in the cardio room are Signature Series Strength Machines.
The center also features a free weight room equiped with Hammer Strength equipment.
